runtime error w/ 98

I receive an error when I start my PC. This is a runtime error 216 at 000043f2. I tried to install goldmine but it didnt fully install. I had a successful uninstall. What can I do to correct this problem. I need help. Thanks in advance.

Hold down the Ctrl key while rebooting, and you will be able to select booting mode, at which you can select options for debugging.

Check this link, suggests it might be a Trojan virus
