Running DOS POS in 98 CPUs

OS: Windows 98SE
CPU/Ram: 1000mhz/256k

I am networking 5 CPUs varying b/t 500 to 1000mhz with d-link wireless router.

In mapping (to the server) to a DOS program directory F: (Mapped as \\772\rkom) I am able to run an application in subdirectory rkom, but apparently unable to retrieve and save data in its subdirectory rkom\rkomdata.

What's the solution?

Is the share read-only? This, I believe, is the default. You may need to specify full access.
