I messed up my copy of window's 95 rundll32.exe by overwriting it with a win98 copy can anyone please send me a copy? I am dying here.

you can extract it from the win95 cab's from dos using the extract command with the a switch for searching all the cabs.

Well, here's my conclusion.
These forums and boards seem very helpful but are they ? On another board I know of (www.computing.net/windows95/wwwboard/forum/1032.html) there is a simular discussion going on since Nov. 1998 and nobody came up with any info about where to download rundll32.exe.
So : are these boards useful or do they just seem so ?

DOWNLOAD IT HERE! I swear, all these stupid techies working here couldn't find something right in front of their eyes. I had the same problems as all of you but I finally found the file. Just save it into your Windoze folder and everything should be fine. Oh yeah, you might want the link:

I had the same problem crop up on windows 98.
I used my original WIN98 CD-rom and WINZIP to browse through the archives and re-extract the original file. Worked GREAT

help!!!! When i try to create a new short cut on my desktop its telling me it cant find rundll32 or one of its components. I also tryed to go into ms dos prompt and it cant find command.com. i searched for all these files and they are all there what the hell is up with my retarded machine????????

The file is at http://www.neil.parkwaycc.co.uk/win95/
It is for Windows 95, NOT win98. If you cant read, you have no business in front of a computer. I have downloaded this file as of today and it works.
