Rundll32.exe error

Hi,
I have a Rundll32.exe error. Is there anyway to get this file back? I also had a remote assistance problem and ran the dll fix on that, but dont think it helped. Do I need to fix the Rundll32 error first?
Any help would be appreciated.

Just about to offer some ideas but see that this is XP (I don't want to risk 9x ideas on XP).

The webmaster won't allow double posting but next time you might do better to post XP problems on that forum. It's top left of the page.
