Ok...what OS are you using?. Just curious, either way it doesn't matter, here's how to get your rundll32.exe (bet you're having heaps of IPF's etc:):)).
Put your OS disk into your CDROM, goto start>programs>msdos prompt. Alternatively, just boot to DOS. Then, with your OS disk ready type the following:
extract /a d:\win98_22.cab rundll32.exe /l c:\windows
or
extract /a d:\driver11.cab rundll32.exe /l c:\windows
if you're using Win98/Win98SE.It could be in either the driver.cab or win98.cab files.
If you're using Win95 use:
extract /a d:\win95_02.cab rundll32.exe /l c:\windows
What extract does here is searches all the cab files on the disk till it finds rundll32.exe and then extracts it to the location it has to goto. If there's another file of the same name present, it will ask do you want to overwrite it....type "Y" and then press enter.
When you type the extract command line, type it as I have written it here. If you don't leave spaces as I have, you'll get errors.

In a computer there are 1000's of files, yet so many folk seem to delete (or loose) that particular one.
Come in Linda, let me out of my misery, what happened to yours?
