I realize the importance of rundll32 but it seems that my file is corrupted. I have my windows 98 disk but when I try to "find" that file on it, it does not find it. Where the heck is it or how can I find it?

Most Windows files in the CD are kept in archives (CAB files). To check if it is really corrupt, goto Start => Accessories => System Tools => System Information. Then in Tools choose System File Checker, from there you will be able to check and restore files.

You might have to switch on show hidden files in Explorer before you do a file search!

From a dos shell you can try at the prompt:

dir /s rundll32.*
