I have a rockwell hfc 56k data fax/pci modem that dont work. I tryed to install drivers and after that BYE BYE modem.

Check out http://www.driverguide.com Username is drivers and the password is all

Check there, it might help to know what exactly is on the chipset... Knowing exactly what kind of card you have (model number) can be very important.
