I have a rockwell 56k modem but i do not have a driver. I have been to the driver page but they do not appear to have the driver. Does anyone know of a generic driver for this modem

You can find your driver at http://www.driverguide.com
to sign in, use the "drivers" as the member name and "all" as the password. This will allow you to search for your driver. Most Rockwell models are listed.
Shame on you guys for not recommending www.56K.com :)

all the responses have good idea and sites. also try modemhelp.com. if your running win 98, load a generic driver from the add new hardware section. once you do that, go to control panel and double click in the modem and run a dignostic. once you get a response, check the ATI3 for the firmware version and ATI6 for the data pump. once done, go to the sites for updates

All of you have good suggestions for his problem and i was wondering if you could help me i tried all those sites and am looking for a Rockwell 56k Voice/Data/Fax PCI Modem any help would be greatly appreciated i cant tell you anymore generic drivers on win9x or winnt dont work as it has an enumerator too
