My mother has been complaing that her computer is running slow, so I came over to see if i could get it going. It turns out she had about 20 programs running in the background from the time she booted up. I went through and got rid of many of them, including rnaapp.exe. I deleted this from my computer, and have had no problems since I dont use a dial-up connection. My mother also connects through cable, yet for some reason she still likes to use AOL for all of her browsing. Since rnaapp.exe was deleted, the AOL browser refuses to connect to any sites, even though it is not a dial-up connection. The connection is fine using Internet Explorer, but for some reason AOL wants rnaapp.exe to be there. Do you know if there is any way to correct this? Or a place where i could download rnaapp.exe if i need to? She still wants to use aol even though it's costing her extra money and serving no real purpose. Thank you
