I got a error code(Rnaap) on my computer that I cannot get rid of nor do I know what it is. If anyone has any information on how to get rid of this error or what it is associated with I would greatly appreciate it.I first noticed when trying connect to the internet with netzero.

Sorry Matt Wrong answer
Rnaap file is Corrupt not DUN or Modem Driver.
Go to start menu>find>files or folders> Type in rnaap>enter. Highlite rnaap when it appears,
right click & select rename rnaap to OLD. click enter close down window, & reboot pc! no need to reinstall Modem Driver, Or DUN. windows will automatically reinstall the rnaap file from cold boot.
If this doesn't work, go to control panel, Network, Remove & reinstall Dial up Adapter!
(windows disk may be required, also, write down your TCP/IP settings before you do This!)
