Open the Windows\SendTo sub-folder and delete anything you don`t want to be listed in the right-click menu.

I'm sorry, but that suggestion won't actually solve this problem. He mentioned Internet Explorer, not Windows explorer?
So assuming that is identified correctly, any program which added an option to the browser right click menu, would need it removed from within its own settings.

You can only edit out Non-standard Context Menu from IE.That requires Reguistry Editing. If one is familair with and especially takes the precaution to first make a backup [Registry Export]to an easily retreavable folder with the date of creation, one can try the following tweak.
Non-standard items can be removed from the MenuExt registry key. This can usually be found here:
For example: I have created a RIGHT-click Shortcut named View Partial Source. If I want to remove it from RIGHT-click menu, I must go to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt\ Click the + by the left side of the key [yellow folder icon] of MenuExt to open and locate the subkeys within that are revealed. Find ViewPartialSo&urce Click on this subkey [Yelllow folder icon]to HIGHLIGHT and RIGHT Click >Delete and close REGEDIT. I do the "axing" only after making an Insurance of the Registry files by Registry Export to Desktop either of this selected key or the ENTIRE Registry by choosing the Radio button on Registry Export File Dialog box.
