Hello,

Is there a way to remove the file types from the menu when we right click on the desktop to create new file/folder. I have too many file types attached to the menu eg html, text, MS apps, staroffice apps etc.

TQ.

TweakUI provides a convenient interface to both control of the menu speed and removal of individual programs listed. See the 'homepage' link above.

If youre using Win98, just go to C: Windows > Send To file and delete what you don't want in the menu.

Thanks rk for the info. Is there a way to edit registry directly? If so, please advise. TQ
