Hello-
Maybe someone can shed some light on the subject, but since hotmail is a free service, they clear their servers as fast as they can. I dont know if your going to be able to, sorry to be the bearer of bad news and hopefully someone w/ more knowledge on it then me can tell you otherwise. hth

Hi Ryan,
Thanks for your reply. I'm suprised to receive a reply so immediately.
It's strange that I try to search for my posted message but couldn't see it on the main forum. Sorry for this silly question - how did u see my message and where can I see it too?
Thanks.

I can't find the above posted message & other responses to my original postings on the main forum again. I saw it earlier under Windows 9x but now it disappears again. What's happening? Pls help, anyone. Thanks.

If your hotmail trash bin has been emptied , the emails are GONE, but have a look there since hotmail, like windows , does give this short term, second chance option to recover accidental deletes. Use the "manage folders" link on your hotmail page to access the trash bin.

to find your old posted messages, when you post a message write down the message # this one is 97918 if you look up in your URL Address area you will see that # at the end just before the .html To find these look to the left of the page for message finder click on in the type in the # and it will take you back to your old post. If you didn't record the # go to the left side and click on sight search and type in the dew you listed as your name and look for your old posts in there.
