Other than not sending it to being with...you can't control human behavior... Unless you have control of the outgoing email server where the recipient is....???

You have no control on anything that has been put openly on a website or sent via email.
Any picture or information can be duly copied and pasted off the screen, hidden in a zip file, encrypted, and so on, with precious little more than elementary knowledge (whatever restrictions you try to build in).
No server would take on the complexity of covering these possibilities for an ordinary member of the public.
