Restoring a '.bak' file

The only other thing, is be sure not to write any files to that drive. If you write over the area you want to undelete - it's gone. Probably should download this with another computer - I think it is small enough to run from a floppy.

The file hasn't been deleted. I need to replace the orignal file to this one. Is this posible with this program. Thanks for your help !

Just my two cents, but, you should be able to just rename the .bak file to its original extension. Say you have myfile.doc, and myfile.bak. If you want the .bak file as opposed to the "newer" one, just delete the newer one and rename the xxxx.bak file to xxxx.doc. (And yes, I have done this.) Of course the ext. must be the original ext. so it is "opened" by the right app.
