restart programme automatically

We have a programme in our company that closes when a user finishes using it. As several users need to use the progeramme over the course of a day, we have to restart the programme manually each time a user finishes using it. Is there a way that I can use a small .bat programme, for example, on each computer to restart the programme when it closes?

yeah its an executable file which can be started from a desktop shortcut and is set to load on startup as well. Its actually a language learning programme, our students come in, use the programme and then clicks on 'finish'. When a student clicks on finish, the programme automatically closes. I dont think we can avoid this, so the next best thing would be to have a little programme that can monitor when the programme is running or not and can reload the .exe file when necessary.
