is there a way to change resolution/text SIZE/ spacing or any of that for internet explorer? my screen resolution is really small but on internet explorer it always looks big! grrrrr! NE one?

In IE click View - Text size Should have 5 options.

If you have a scrolling mouse then try holding down the left ctrl key while using the scroll wheel to see if it will zoom in or out.
