It should be listed as Microsoft Internet Explorer. Highlight it and click the "Remove" button. A new window will appear wher you select "Repair".

Try the following:

Click on Start and Run.
Type rundll32 setupwbv.dll,IE5Maintenance "C:Program FilesInternet ExplorerSetupSETUP.exe" /g "C:WINDOWSIE Uninstall Log.Txt

You should get the menu with the Repair Option.

Better yet copy and paste the above in Bold Text into the Run Menu.

rundll32 setupwbv.dll,IE5Maintenance "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\Setup\SETUP.exe" /g "C:\WINDOWS\IE Uninstall Log.Txt"
NOTE: This command line is case sensitive.

Click OK.
