I was wondering if someone could give me a name, and location to download of a program that can remove internet explorer browser add-ons in windows 98. XP has this feature built-in to SP2 (Here: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/web/sp2_addonmanager.mspx )
I know one exsists, but I cannot think of the name. It was a single executable file that opened up where you can check off any programs, or spyware that are loading up.
