RE-Installing WIN95

CPU/Ram: Pent 75

After erasing WIN 95 using the --COMMAND C-- instruction I need to re-install WIN95.It is still there on the harddisk as the --l-- option of the FDISK command states(LIST ALL KNOWN PARTITION TYPES)--How do I retreive WIN95,What is the command???
