the hdd MUST be partitioned. fdisk the mbr and repartition and reformat

When I start the pc. a message shows that system INI not found and then the pc turn off. when I reinstall the win 98. colours not particular and picture out of focus and no sound any programme. please informed me
step by step how correct the setup. how microphone and speaker working now correct.
