I bought a Fuji Finepix digital camera not too long ago and installed the software that came with it. This also installed another file called Regshave, which is described as a 'registry shaver'. Since then I have un-installed this software, I use a SanDisk card reader and upload my pictures directly to a file in Paint Shop Pro.
I don't use the Fuji software at all.
So can I un-install this Regshave too? I don't quite understand what it's for or what a 'registry shaver' does, and it's not taking up much room but I like to try and keep my computer clean.
Thanks for your help.
(If it's important I run W98SE)

By the way, I UN-TICKED it through 'msconfig' in the start-up programs soon after I installed the software. It never caused any problems having it that way.
Thanks again.
