My Computer wont delete Items from the Recycling Bin when i try it says "Error can not access Drive H"
How can I delete these Items so my recycling bin doesnt go insane

I need 1 thing answered

I finally downloaded the file but it's standard Win2000/XP drivers - nothing to do with Win9x.
