recycle reinstall

I removed Norton system works by using Regseeker - good program, but the recycle bin is not responding correctly, how do I remove and reinstall the recycle bin? Thanks DaveB

Delete it then reboot immediately. It will be recreated by Windows on the next boot up.

You can also delete it from dos. Deltree /y c:\Recycled Take Care Deke
