recycle reinstall

I removed Norton system works by using Regseeker - good program, but the recycle bin is not responding correctly, how do I remove and reinstall the recycle bin?

Delete it then reboot immediately. It will be recreated by Windows on the next boot up.

You can also delete it from dos.

Deltree /y c:\Recycled
