I run win 95 and I have somehow lost my recycle bin. It doesn't show on my desktop anymore. How do I get it back?

go to find files folders. type in shelliconcache [all one word] when it comes up, right click and rename to shelliconcache.old reboot the computer. windows will rebuild the icons on the reboot. hopefully , the recycle bin will reappear. and, in find files folders, you can type in *.ico all system icons will appear kj
