Recycle Bin Error

Comment:

Whenever I try to delete a file or right-click the Recycle Bin, I get the following error
"The recycle bin format is invalid. Do you want to empty the recycle bin"
2. What should be done??

you will see it can be caused by a number of things, such as changes to the date format or invalid colour and a few more, date format change seems to be high on the list.

If you boot to dos standalone and type:
deltree c:\recycled
Answer Yes to confirm.
The recycle bin will be deleted and rebuilt on the next boot.
