I can not empty my Recycle Bin any more. I've always right-clicked the Recycle Bin and deleted it, but now when I click "empty recycle bin" it turns purple and won't empty it??!! AND When I boot up my computer I get a pop up message "Add New Hardware Wizard Plug and Play Monitor". It says a device driver is a software program that makes a hardware device work. It appears with a cancel box and a next box, I always click cancel. Is this the correct thing to do?! THANKS FOR LISTENING TO ME

To fix the Recycle Bin problem:
Boot to Dos Standalone and type
deltree c:\recycled
Windows will recreate it when you reboot.
