Is there any way to recover the emails which are deleted from Inbox as well as Deleted Item's folder of the Outlook Express?

No chance! when you deleted them from your inbox they went to the deleted Items folder. when you delete them from there they are lost.
I suppose You could try McAfee Undelete you may be lucky to retrieve them.

You can check in Outlook Express under Tools>Options>Maintenance>Store Folder for where your e-mails get stored. Once you find the path e.g. C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Identities\{374D7CC0-A2AE-11D2-A182-A3C274F18127}you can then copy the 'Deleted' Items.dbx file into yor current identity. Im not sure if you will only be able to retrieve the previous days deleted files however. Hope this helps.

As long as the DBX files are intact on your
computer, your emails from "forever" are in
there.
