Are you trying to record on to your computer(from the computer itself) or to a tape deck or something? If it's a tape deck, I suggest the above. If you want to on your computer you will either need a second sound card, or a good sound card that supports 16/32-bit full-duplex. Get a cord that goes from a 1/8" male, to another 1/8" male. Hook the speaker output to the mic input, and take whatever utility you want to record with. Also remember if you're recording CD quality, it will take a lot of room in WAV format, so you may want to convert it to MP3. Hope either of these things work out. I bet a lot of people are wondering, or you might be wondering why the hell would you want to record from your computer, on to your computer. But sometimes it's a must if you've downloading something that cannot be saved. Example some movies are streamed only, and they don't give you the option to save. Hope you found it useful.
