Hello all! I hope someone here can help me. I just put together a new computer which is a Pentium 4, 2.6 gig, Intel motherboard and chipset. I am running Windows 98se. I have tried installing Real Player 10 but it would not play any video. So I went back to the older Real Player 8 Plus and still no luck. It will play audio files but when I try to play video I get an "this program has caused an illegal error in <unknown module>" message. Anyone know of a fix for this? Or will any of the other players out there play .rm files with a plugin or something? Any help anyone can give would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
Renee

try to remove the programe and be sure that when you remove it remove all files belong to it ... how you can do that? the answer is to go to program files and delete the file REAL.(after you uninstall the program)
after that try ti install the program agane . if you still have the prorgam all wat you have to do is to update the Real Player from the internet ... you will have the latest program and batter thant REAL 8
