I have a problem that occurs when I restart Windows98. When selecting the restart button at shut down, the computer reboots and at just before or after ram check it locks. It will sometimes not reboot even with the reset buttom. When the computer is turned off then back on again it will boot normally. It is a 100mhz board with 64sdram. The memory parity check is enabled in the bios. The memory checks out ok. Please help.
