I haven't used ramdrive in years, but as I recall the maximum specifiable size was 32 Meg.

Summary: If it is a ramdrive problem, in config.sys specify the ramdrive to be assigned to f:. just change the letter. no need to repartition, just reassgin the letters again using fdisk....
