I have set up a ram drive and I keep getting a INVALID PARAMETER error message. Below is my config.sys...

DEVICE=C:\WINDOWS\HIMEM.SYS
DEVICE=C:\WINDOWS\setver.exe
DEVICE=C:\WINDOWS\RAMDRIVE.SYS 128000 /E

My computer has 512MB of RAM and I want a 128MB ram disk... Please help...

Ellis is correct. At the following site you will find details on using ramdisk.sys.

I found this site easily by searching for "ramdisk.sys" at Google.
