The difference between PC100 and PC133 is that PC133 runs faster than PC100..running at 133Mhz it means. But if your motherboard does not support PC133 but only PC100, it will only run at 100Mhz.
For ECC and Non-ECC, ECC stands for Error-Correcting Code memory, which means "it tests the accuracy of data in and out of memory" (www.webopedia.com) and Non-ECC doesn't. Once again, need to see if motherboard supports it. If motherboard doesn't support ECC, DON'T PUT ECC RAM INTO IT! It's just a waste of money!!!!
Hope I explain them well!
