Is Recovery can to anything, like i formatted my PC and i use the CD, just put inside the case and it will do everything for U??

What sort of computer do you have?

Mine is a laptop, the recovery CDs format the hard drive and after that, they give me a choice of installing either Windows 95 or Windows 98 (Both included in them).
