When I try to change fonts or print from any application (word, excel, explorer...)the application crashes. I have Norton antivirus and it is not detecting any viruses. I do notice that a ~normal.dot file is always created along with the regulare normal.dot file

Hi,
What u need to do is search for files called
normal.* and then delete all the files. Also make sure that u set the printer properties to "Print directly to printer". I am sure this should solve the problem
