Programme window on boot up

Every time I boot up, the 'programme' window appears.
I've tried going into msconfig to turn it off but having tried all the list still nothing happen to get rid of the window.
Can you help?

See if there is anyting in your 'StartUp' Menu,
or in regedit@
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
