Hi.
I know there are programs out there that allow you to slow down your processor but is there one that will allow you to slow it down to a specified speed. Example: I have an 866 MHz computer. Using a program, I could then specify how fast I want the computer to run; 600MHz, 450MHz, 300MHz, etc.
Now, you are probally wondering why I would want such a program. Well, I would like to have it for experimental purposes.
