program takes long to open

When I click on my Nortons systemworks on my desktop it takes over 2 mintues to open. It never did this before. Other programs or folders seems to be fine openning up. How can I fix this?
if norton system works has customer support I would try them as this may be a known bug. They may also have a built in repair function via add/remove programs. If that fails you should uninstall the software and reinstall it.
