Program for opening Zips

I have downloaded a driver onto a CD to enable 256 colours etc on my PC, but now seem to require a program called Program that enables the computer to open up Zip files, from the CD. Where can I obtain this from?

I know of a program called pkunzip which is freeware! Or visit the above link and go to Lightspeeds page. He is cool. I have been getting advice from him for 3.5 years!
