problems with apache 2

CPU/Ram: p 4 128 sdram

After installing apache 2 on me
when i try run apache.exe i get an error saying .....
apache has caused an error in libhttpd.dll libapr.dll apache will now close.
please do help .

there is a patch somewhere out there for that error...try going to google and searching for it...sorry for the lame help
