Problems with a TNT2 M64 32mb. V-Excel

I have a Video Excel TNT2 AGP M64 32mb. video card and I can't install it.... My windows 98 recognized it, but then all of a sudden the screen becomes freeze...just as like in suspend mode.. I checked the BIOS , and set as primary display AGP. I install the latests drivers from the NVIDIA SITE.... And nothing....I can't deal with this piece of video card... I have read many messages in this forum about this card and did some of the posible solutions... but nothing... I have a P-II 300 Mhz. 128 mb. RAM... ABIT AH6 motherboard..
If you're one of those who did install it right....please help me with the information... thnks..
