I have been trying to install msoffice 97. (I use Windows 95.) It loads fine. However, when I get the message: Setup is updating your system... a minute or so later I get an error message that says: Bdrintl.dll was unable to register itself in the system registy. When I acknowledge that message, it says: Microsoft Office 97 Setup was not completed successfully. I have installed other software and never encountered this problem? Can I fix it or is it maybe a glitch on the cd? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
bdrintl.dll = Microsoft Office Binder Localization Library
I have Office 97 installed on W95, but there is no registry key for the above. The file is located at: #:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office Could you elect NOT to install Binder?
