Hello,
All illegal problem you can find on windows are related on the Windows software you are using. If for exemple you tried to reinstall your windows from CDrom's provided by a manufactorer as Compaq, you have a version called OEM, which is a special contract from windows allowing this specific compaq model to run this specific windows system, program is looking for a serial number embaded in the computer to run correctly.
To resolve problem you need to find a OS provided directly by windows, or representatives.

These are usually memory errors caused by a program attempting to access memory space improperly. There's almost never any simple solution to these problems. They're bugs endemic to Windows and about the only way to get rid of one is to reinstall the OS or format etc. Otherwise look to see if one particular application is causing the illegal operation errors. If it's just a certain one, you may only need to rid the system of it or resinstall it. `

If you're getting the same illegal operation errors on multiple machines, I'd definitely pay close attention to which program is causing the errors. It may be you have a single program that is just not working well with others.
