On trying to open via voice received error message saying a required DLL file, VTLOCALE,DLL, was not found. Tried unistalling and re -installing without success. Please can you help?

Hate to say this, but are you sure there's enough memory on the comp to handle the program. If I remember right, minimum req is somewhere around 48 megs...but that's just to get it to run...not well...but it runs. Maybe that caused a problems with the install?
