Some time ago someone told to run "regsvr32 msnp32.dll" and voila.
I am doing that, but only thing I see
is
Load Library("msnp32.dll")failed.
GetLastError returns 0x00000002

ps. could this be the reason my z and y swapped?

None too clear on what you are asking but if you are trying to register that dll then the correct command in the Run box is:

regsvr32 c:\windows\system\msnp32.dll

I do it but still gives me error and only the number changes. I search my Win 98 cd for msnp32.dll but it gives no response. I installed win98 from this cd on mz previous pc and everything was ok. I didnt delet the file cause the problem began just when I formated c: and installed windows. Also some other files are told to be missing - dfs.vxd, vnetsetup.vxd and vredir.vxd. Is there any way to get these files?

Sounds like the install went bad so maybe the best step is to try again.

It is possible to get original Windows files off the CD by typing sfc in the Run box and using the "Extract one file" feature.

You have to be a tad careful because sfc is known to get a few files wrong (mostly OK though). Here's the words of warning and you will see that it matters whether you are on W98 or W98SE:

SFC CAN GET IT WRONG
(see my collation and WhitPhil's additions).

Someone told me to just uninstall every net feature on pc and install it again. Yeah, it did work, i don't get windows error anymore, but in dos it still shows me lack of "z:vvinesd.386". What da hell izzat?

If you type z:vvinesd.386 in Google you get several hits (explanation and fixes).

If you need the program then you obviously re-install it.

If not then it might still be best to re-install it, then uninstall it from either Control Panel/Add-Remove or a provided Uninstall. The more messy alternative is to attack the registry etc to get rid of the error message.
