Comment:

Recently my computer has developed some fault, that now I am unable to use MSN Messenger at all. If I use Hotmail it keeps popping up with the message " One of the library file needed for this application is damaged" MSIMG32.DLL

I downloaded MSIMG32.DLL and put it in the Windows / System Folder but it did not solve the problem. I uninstalled the MSN Messenger and reinstalled it, but to no avail.

Kindly let me out of this dilemma.

Thanks

when you unistall it you have to make sure you also remove the file from the registry as well . Just using the add/ remove does not delete it totally from your hard drive . Go in and remove it from your hard drive completely then download the new dll file then reinstall msn but use an older version if need be you can find one at www.oldversion.com
