Hello. I have a problem with the computer when I try to turn it on. It makes an error in the application msrgsrv32.exe and produce an excepction in a Devcon.dll module. The computer keeps locked up and anything works. The only thing I have lately done was install AutoCad 2000. What can I do to repair that problem? Thanks. Xan

If using Win98 then turn the power on and immediately hold down the left Ctrl key until you get the Start up menu. Select command prompt. type in cd\ hit enter type in scanreg /restore (note space between g and /) hit enter Select a registry that was good before you installed AutoCad. When complete, return to Windows.
Afterwards, try re-installing Autocad.

If Win95, keep hitting the F8 key repeatedly until the start menu appears.
