Hi, i got a problem with my Internet.Everytime a start Windows my PC connects automatically to internet.I click on CANCEL than after 15 minutes it connects again..plss can u help me?! thx in Advance

Right click on internet explorer on the desktop. Select properties and then connections. Choose never dial a connection. Then I would download Spybot and run it. It finds programs that have attached themselves to your system and lets you delete them.

The possibility exists that you have selected an Auto-Update function in one of your programs such as your Anti-Virus software. Go to Start, Run, type in 'msconfig' without the quotation marks and hit the Ok button. Go to the Startup tab to see what things are starting when your PC starts. If you find it is an item that you want starting up and want to change it's settings then go to that programs preferences and adjust them. Otherwise you can deselect the item from within msconfig by removing the check next to it. Click Apply and Ok. You will be prompted to restart your PC. Pacs Portal Start up list page provides information about all of things you can and will find in the startup tab. You can install a firewall and it will tell you what is trying to connect.
