problem with cd writing!

hey guys i have this problem while attempting to write musical files (mp3 or waw) on a cd. I have this program by Iomega called Hot Burn. Everytime i start writing on the cd, the whole pc just freezes. Any suggestion?

Hi gibson, You could try uninstalling your burning proggy and reinstalling it. Otherwise, check the amount of background programs running. You could have too many processes running at the same time. HTH, ~winipcfg

If you're going to try a new program, check out nero. I used nero express and it worked fine for me - nero.com
