I've got one .doc file stucked in my recycled bin. I can't move it, delete it, copy it or even see it, but it's there. For example the "Recycled bin" icon shows that there is nothing there, but for example when I delete a file and I try to move it from the recycle bin that file is removed but I always get a message "Cannot delete POREMEĈAJI : Cannot find the specified file Make sure you specify the correct path and filename". (POREMEĈAJI is the name of the stucked file).

Im not sure this is working, but open the Windows Explorer and move into the recycle folder. If it's empty the file is deleted already. If sthg like this 'PORE...' shows up there, delete it directly from Explorers interface. Look again in ur trashcan if it's still in there. If yes u have a Windows internal problem, I guess, so I suggest to visit MS's support pages.

Except anyone else in here has any idea, of course.

If you are unable to delete a file in Windows the problem is likely caused by a
corrupt recycle bin. Follow these steps:

Boot to a command prompt (press ctrl key (or f8 if win95)) on boot up and choose
command prompt option, or simply restart in ms-dos mode.

At the command prompt, type the following lines, pressing ENTER after each line:
attrib -r -s -h c:\recycled
deltree c:\recycled
NOTE: If the problem occurs on a drive other than C, substitute the appropriate drive letter for drive C in the above commands.
Restart the computer. This re-creates the Recycle Bin.
